Immunoprecipitation of RTN3 protein from HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 μg of RTN3 antibody (GTX131091).
Western blot analysis was performed using RTN3 antibody (GTX131091) diluted at 1:500.
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

RTN3 antibody detects RTN3 protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RTN3 antibody (GTX131091) diluted at 1:500.
