APPLICATION

Application Note

ICC: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a dilution of 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 26 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 25.8 kDa). An additional higher molecular mass band of unknown identity at ~45 kDa is detected in some samples on immunoblots. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
