Raf1 (phospho Ser259) antibody [GT1309]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Raf1 (phospho Ser259) antibody [GT1309] (GTX03221) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

WB analysis of 293T cells were treated by Forskolin (10 uM) at 37ºC for 1 hour after serum-starvation overnight using GTX03221 Raf1 (phospho Ser259) antibody [GT1309].
