Ras (Q61H mutant) antibody [HL5601]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ras (Q61H mutant) antibody [HL5601] (GTX646283) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Ras (Q61H mutant) antibody [HL5601] detects Ras (Q61H mutant) protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Mock, KRAS (WT) and KRAS (Q61H Mutant) transfected 293T cell FFPE Cell Pellet Blocks.
Green: Ras (Q61H mutant) stained by Ras (Q61H mutant) antibody [HL5601] (GTX646283) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: DDDDK tag antibody [GT1216] (GTX636630) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
