Rb antibody [2B5] detects Rb protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Rb stained by Rb antibody [2B5] (GTX634627) diluted at 1:200.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Rb antibody [2B5] (GTX634627) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
