Non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV Spike (SΔ3) antibody [7G12] (GTX632603) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
