Background

SUMO1 (UBL1; MIM 601912) is a small ubiquitin-like protein that can be covalently conjugated to other proteins. SENP2 is one of a group of enzymes that process newly synthesized SUMO1 into the conjugatable form and catalyze the deconjugation of SUMO1-containing species.[supplied by OMIM]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SENP2 antibody [N1], N-term (GTX110504) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
