SLC39A8 antibody [HL5690]

Renilla knockout (KO) and SLC39A8 knockout (KO) unboiled HCT116 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SLC39A8 antibody [HL5690] (GTX646521) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Boiled and unboiled HH whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SLC39A8 antibody [HL5690] (GTX646521) diluted at 1:1000.
