SMAD2 / SMAD3 (phospho Thr8) antibody [HL4326]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) C2C12 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with SMAD2 (phospho Thr8) antibody [HL4326] (GTX643573) diluted at 1:1000 and SMAD2 / SMAD3 antibody (GTX111123) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
