Sample: Mock and treated HepG2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) stained by SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: alpha Tubulin, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:500.
