STAM antibody [N2C2], Internal

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using STAM(GTX115060) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by -% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with STAM antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX115060) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

STAM antibody [N2C2], Internal detects STAM protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: STAM stained by STAM antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX115060) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
