Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with STK40 antibody [N1N3] (GTX111412) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

STK40 antibody [N1N3] detects STK40 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SKNSH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: STK40 protein stained by STK40 antibody [N1N3] (GTX111412) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
