Cellular Localization

Nucleus

Background

This zinc finger gene has been identified at the breakpoints of a recurrent chromosomal translocation reported in endometrial stromal sarcoma. Recombination of these breakpoints results in the fusion of this gene and JAZF1. The protein encoded by this gene contains a zinc finger domain in the C terminus of the coding region. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined. [provided by RefSeq]

Anti-SUZ12 antibody used in Immunoprecipitation (IP). GTX130179

GTX130179 IP Image

Immunoprecipitation of SUZ12 protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of SUZ12 antibody (GTX130179).
Western blot analysis was performed using SUZ12 antibody (GTX130179) diluted at 1:500.
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Anti-SUZ12 antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX130179

GTX130179 WB Image

SUZ12 antibody detects SUZ12 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SUZ12 antibody (GTX130179) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.

Anti-SUZ12 antibody used in Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). GTX130179

GTX130179 ICC/IF Image

SUZ12 antibody detects SUZ12 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: SUZ12 stained by SUZ12 antibody (GTX130179) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
