Smad1 antibody

SH-SY-5Y whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with Smad1 antibody (GTX133712) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor"s antibody (sc-6031) diluted at 1:100. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
