Untreated (–) and treated (+) NIH-3T3 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Src (phospho Tyr416) antibody [GT1314] (GTX03226) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

WB analysis of NIH-3T3 cells were treated by pervanadate (1 mM) at 37ºC for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight using GTX03226 Src (phospho Tyr419) antibody [GT1314].
