Src (phospho Tyr530) antibody [HL3645]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant SRC non-phospho peptide, SRC (phospho Tyr530) peptide, c-Yes non-phospho peptide, c-Yes(phospho Tyr537) peptide, FGR non-phospho peptide, and FGR (phospho Tyr523) peptide (62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Src (phospho Tyr530) antibody [HL3645] (GTX641636) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Src (phospho Tyr527) antibody [HL3645] (GTX641636) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
