Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syk antibody [GT351] (GTX633910) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Syk antibody [GT351] detects Syk protein at cytoplasm and cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Syk stained by Syk antibody [GT351] (GTX633910) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
