Syk antibody [HL4248]

Syk antibody [HL4248] detects Syk protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: Syk stained by Syk antibody [HL4248] (GTX643081) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Syk antibody [HL4248] detects Syk protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse tissues.
Syk stained by Syk antibody [HL4248] (GTX643081) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syk antibody [HL4248] (GTX643081) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
