Syk (phospho Tyr525/Tyr526) antibody [HL3616]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Raji whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syk (phospho Tyr525/Tyr526) antibody (GTX641591) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Syk non-phospho peptide, Syk (phospho Tyr525) peptide, Syk (phospho Tyr526) peptide, and Syk (phospho Tyr525/Tyr526) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Syk (phospho Tyr525/Tyr526) antibody (GTX641591) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
