TACSTD2 antibody [HL6077]

TACSTD2 antibody [HL6077] detects TACSTD2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: TACSTD2 stained by TACSTD2 antibody [HL6077] (GTX648156) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TACSTD2 antibody [HL6077] (GTX648156) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
