Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris buffer with 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95ºC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Not tested in other applications.

Product Note

This antibody Recognizes an oncofetal antigen of 220kDa, identified as a tumor-associated glycoprotein (TAG-72) with properties of a mucin, and it defines the mucin-carried sialylated-Tn epitope.
