TAS1R3 antibody [HL5310]

TAS1R3 antibody [HL5310] detects TAS1R3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NCI-H929 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: T1R3 stained by TAS1R3 antibody [HL5310] (GTX645775) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Unboiled various tissue extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TAS1R3 antibody [HL5310] (GTX645775) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
