TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906]

TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906] (GTX644971) detects TAS2R50 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906] (GTX644971) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906] detects TAS2R50 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TAS2R50 stained by TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906] (GTX644971) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TAS2R50 antibody [HL4906] (GTX644971) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
