Background

This gene encodes a high mobility group (HMG) box-containing transcription factor that plays a key role in the Wnt signaling pathway. The protein has been implicated in blood glucose homeostasis. Genetic variants of this gene are associated with increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TCF7L2 antibody (GTX116056) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.

Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with TCF7L2 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX116056) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody (sc-13027) diluted at 1:100. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
