APPLICATION

Application Note

ICC: Use at a concentration of 5 μg/ml. IP: Use at a concentration of 5 μg/ml. WB: Use at 2μg/ml using colourimetric detection, use at 5μg/ml when using ECL for detection. GTX13501 detects TCP1 alpha in 20 μg of RK13 heat shocked cell lysate. Predicited molecular weight: 60 kDa. GTX13501 also detects a molecular mass band of approximately 92 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Product Note
