TEAD4 antibody detects TEAD4 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TEAD4 stained by TEAD4 antibody (GTX108750) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
Scale bar= 10 μm.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

HepG2 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TEAD4 antibody (GTX108750) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
