Boiled and unboiled whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TLR2 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX102577) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

TLR2 antibody [N1N2], N-term detects TLR2 protein at cytoplasm on human breast carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
