The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Coated protein was probed with TREM2 antibody [HL1738] (GTX637386) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

TREM2 antibody [HL1738] detects TREM2 protein at cell membrane by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.
