Background

Wild-type (WT) and TXNDC5 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TXNDC5 antibody (GTX106914) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

TXNDC5 antibody detects TXNDC5 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TXNDC5 antibody (GTX106914) diluted by 1:1000.
