Tenascin-C antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100558) dilution: 1:100.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tenascin C antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100558) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
