Tet Repressor antibody [HL5875]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Tet Repressor protein (2534.47-39.74 pM). Coated protein was probed with Tet Repressor antibody [HL5875] (GTX647199) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tet Repressor antibody [HL5875] (GTX647199) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
