AsPC-1 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombospondin 2 antibody [HL1194] (GTX636506) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Thrombospondin 2 antibody [HL1194] detects Thrombospondin 2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Thrombospondin 2 stained by Thrombospondin 2 antibody [HL1194] (GTX636506) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombospondin 2 antibody [HL1194] (GTX636506) diluted at 1:5000.
