Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A antibody [HL4155]

Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A antibody [HL4155] detects Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and TBEV (MOI:1, 24 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A stained by Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A antibody [HL4155] (GTX642960) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts (gradient gel) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) NS4A antibody [HL4155] (GTX642960) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tick-borne encephalitis virus NS4A antibody [HL4155] (GTX642960) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
