Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) prM protein antibody [HL4295]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) prM protein antibody [HL4295] (GTX643535) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and TBEV (MOI:1, 24 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) prM stained by Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) prM antibody [HL4295] (GTX643535) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: nuclear staining.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) prM antibody [HL4295] (GTX643535) diluted at 1:1000.
