Topoisomerase I antibody

Topo I antibody detects Topo I protein by western blot analysis. 293T whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Topo I antibody (GTX130177) at a dilution of 1:2000.

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Topoisomerase I antibody (GTX130177) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
