Transgelin 2 antibody [N1C3]

Wild-type (WT) and Transgelin 2 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transgelin 2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX115082) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transgelin 2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX115082) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Transgelin 2 antibody [N1C3] detects Transgelin 2 protein at cytoplasm in mouse pancreas by immunohistochemical analysis.

Sample: A549 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Transgelin 2 protein stained by Transgelin 2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX115082) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
