UQCRC2 antibody

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with UQCRC2 antibody (GTX114873) diluted at 1:10000 and competitor's antibody (14742-1-AP) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

UQCRC2 antibody detects UQCRC2 protein at cytoplasm on human breast cancer by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded breast cancer.
