APPLICATION

Application Note

FACS: Use at a dilution of 1/1 - 1/10. ICC: Use at a dilution of 1/40. Fix for 10 minutes in 4ºC acetone. IHC-Fr: Use at a dilution of 1/40. Fix for 10 minutes in 4ºC acetone. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
