V5 tag antibody [GT1449] detects V5 tag protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: V5-tag tagged protein transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: V5 tag stained by V5 tag antibody [GT1449] (GTX629069) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with V5 tag antibody [GT1449] (GTX629069) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
