VCPIP1 antibody [C2C3], C-term

Wild-type (WT) and VCPIP1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VCPIP1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX107169) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded SW480 xenograft , using VCPIP1(GTX107169) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

VCPIP1 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects VCPIP1 protein at Cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in -20ºC 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: VCPIP1 protein stained by VCPIP1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX107169) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
