VPS18 antibody

VPS18 antibody detects VPS18 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: VPS18 protein stained by VPS18 antibody (GTX130176) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

VPS18 antibody detects VPS18 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VPS18 antibody (GTX130176) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
