VPS4B antibody [N3C3]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VPS4B antibody [N3C3] (GTX115249) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

VPS4B antibody [N3C3] detects VPS4B protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: VPS4B protein stained by VPS4B antibody [N3C3] (GTX115249) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [B-5-1-2] (GTX11304) diluted at 1:10000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

VPS4B antibody [N3C3] detects VPS4B protein at nucleus on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded colon carcinoma.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

VPS4B antibody [N3C3] detects VPS4B protein at nucleus and endosome by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A375 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: VPS4B protein stained by VPS4B antibody [N3C3] (GTX115249) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
