ViroMAX African Swine Fever Virus p54 Sandwich ELISA Kit

The ViroMAX™ African Swine Fever Virus p54 Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of African swine fever virus (ASFV) p54 in samples. ASFV p54, encoded by the E183L gene, is a highly conserved structural protein involved in viral morphogenesis and intracellular transport. A capture rabbit monoclonal antibody against p54 is immobilized in the plate wells. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, allowing p54 to bind to the capture antibody. After washing away unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured p54. Following another series of washes, TMB substrate is added for color development. The Stop Solution is then applied, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm, and the concentration of p54 in the sample is calculated from the standard curve.
