West Nile virus Envelope antibody [GT3029]

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Huh-7 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus Envelope antibody [GT3029] (GTX633919) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus Envelope protein antibody [GT3029] (GTX633919) diluted at 1:1000.

West Nile virus Envelope protein antibody [GT3029] detects West Nile virus Envelope protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: West Nile virus Envelope protein stained by West Nile virus Envelope protein antibody [GT3029] (GTX633919) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
