Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955) diluted at 1:5000.

Non-infected (–) and infected Vero whole cell extracts were separated by SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS3 protein antibody (GTX131955).
