Non-infected (–) and infected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 4-20% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with West Nile virus NS5 protein antibody (GTX131961) diluted at 1:1500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
