YAP1 (phospho Ser61) antibody [HL3721]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with YAP1 (phospho Ser61) antibody [HL3721] (GTX641911) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant (YAP1 non-phospho peptide and YAP1 (phospho Ser61) peptide) (15.63- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with YAP1 (phospho Ser61) antibody [HL3721] (GTX641911) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
