Yellow Fever virus NS5 protein antibody [HL3014]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts. Coated protein was probed with Yellow Fever virus NS5 protein antibody [HL3014] (GTX640427) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Yellow Fever Virus viral lysate (0.1 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS5 protein antibody [HL3014] (GTX640427) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS5 protein antibody [HL3014] (GTX640427) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
