Yellow Fever virus prM Protein antibody [GT299]

Yellow Fever Virus viral lysate (0.1 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus prM Protein antibody [GT299] (GTX645025) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus prM Protein antibody [GT299] (GTX645025) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
