ZAP70 antibody

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZAP70 antibody [N1C1] (GTX107537) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ZAP70 antibody detects ZAP70 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: ZAP70 protein stained by ZAP70 antibody (GTX107537) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
